Seamless Stainless Steel Tubes

With our fantastic mill support, Special Metal Alloys can offer Stainless Steel Coil Tubing and Nickel Alloy Extreme Length seamless coil tube, or alternatively seamless stainless steel tube in straight fixed lengths

Our mill’s technical experience has made them a leading manufacturer of capillary stainless steel tubing worldwide in stainless steel tube sizes ranging from 0.51mm to 25.4mm ( 0.020” to 1.00” ) outer diameter.

With their support, we offer customer-specific unique solutions for Gas Flow, Steam and Liquid applications that are carried out in harsh and aggressive environments.

Our seamless stainless tubes are widely used in industries such as Aerospace and Defence, Alternative Energy, Chemical Processing and Instrumentation, Chromatography, Medical, Shipbuilding, and Oil and Gas.

Available in grades 304 / 304L, 316/316L & 316/316L ( 2.5% min Moly ), 316Ti, 317/317L, 321, 347, 904L,  6Mo, ALLOY 600, ALLOY 625, ALLOY 825, ALLOY C22, ALLOY C276, ALLOY 400, and NICKEL 200.

Welded Stainless Steel Tube

Special Metal Alloys are very fortunate to have support from mills that are market leaders in the production and supply of Welded Round Tubes.

These again can be supplied in coil or alternatively fixed straight lengths and if required cut into smaller pieces.

Tube sizes available in coils range from 3.0mm – 25.0mm , and in straight lengths from 3.0mm – 76.0mm in a wide range of Stainless Steels and Nickel Alloys.

Our welded tubes are used in industries such as Food and Beverage, Automotive, Medical, Measurement and Instrumentation, Alternative Energy, Heat Exchanger, Fittings and Handrail.

We also offer an extensive range of Welded Rectangular ( RHS ) and Square ( SHS ) sections supplied in Standard Metric or Imperial sizes.

Re-Drawn & Precision Nickel and Stainless Steel Tubes

If you or your customer require a non-standard size,  thin walled, or a tight toleranced welded or seamless stainless steel or nickel tube these are available from Special Metal Alloys on a made to order basis from our mill partners on short lead times.

These high-quality steel tubes are available in coil form, straight lengths or short pieces in a large range of sizes.

Stainless Steel grades and Nickel and Corrosion Resistant Alloys are for use in critical applications in the following industries : Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical Processing, Industrial Heating, Medical Devices, Nuclear Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas Upstream and Oil and Gas Downstream.
